Why Mental Health Matters in Our Community

At Team Industry, we've always believed that true strength goes beyond physical performance. It's about building resilience, supporting one another, and creating a community where everyone feels valued and heard. That's why we're proud to announce our official partnership with Together We Lift, a charity dedicated to breaking down barriers around mental health.

About Together We Lift

Together We Lift C.I.C | Company No. 16586673

We’re a not-for-profit movement connecting strength spaces with mental health support. Volunteer-led, community-powered, and here to lift awareness one rep at a time. 💪🧠

Together We Lift is more than just a mental health charity—it's a movement. They work tirelessly to provide accessible mental health resources, reduce stigma, and create safe spaces for people to share their struggles and triumphs via the platform of weight lifting and training. Their mission aligns perfectly with our values: building a stronger, more supportive community where no one has to face their challenges alone.

They really do support giving you the opportunity to #OwnYourStory

Why This Partnership Matters

Mental health challenges affect millions of people, yet too many suffer in silence. In the fitness and sports community, there's often pressure to appear strong and invulnerable, which can make it even harder to ask for help. Through our partnership with Together We Lift, we're committed to changing that narrative.

Together, we're working to:

  • Raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce stigma
  • Provide resources and support to those who need it most
  • Support events and give people attending the opportunities to train with the professionals
  • Build a community where vulnerability is seen as strength, not weakness

How We're Making a Difference

This partnership isn't just symbolic—it's actionable.

Team Industry are proudly supporting Together We Lift Hampshire event on Sunday 26th April.  We will be onsite for the whole event and with us will be four of our strength athletes to coach the four event platforms during the day.  Lucy Underdown, Kane Francis, Ryan England and Josh Walton.  All masters in their class and their level of worldwide experience is simply incredible.

Join Us in Lifting Each Other Up

Mental health is everyone's business. Whether you're struggling yourself, supporting a loved one, or simply want to be part of the solution, this partnership is for you. Together, we can create a culture where asking for help is celebrated, where mental fitness is as important as physical fitness, and where no one has to face their darkest moments alone.

We're honoured to stand alongside Together We Lift in this crucial mission. Because at the end of the day, we're stronger together—and that's what Team Industry is all about.
