Team Industry is a company defined by the experience of its members and the community created around a brand by its customers, athletes and ambassadors.
With a goal to deliver what we believe is some of the best quality fitness apparel and accessories in the industry, taking true inspiration from our own journeys through the sports of strongman, body building, power lifting and everyday fitness.
Team Industry strives to support and invest into the federations and events that work so hard to give not only professional athletes a platform but the younger aspiring athletes also.
The fitness community is a powerful place that gives so many of us rest and an escape from the day to day.

Then and now.....
2016 to 2024
Leave it all behind
Back in 2016 I (James Colwell), brought a small USA brand to the UK and co founded its start up.
Over a period of 8 years myself & my other half Laura grew the brand to what was one of the most well known strength brands in the UK. Headline athletes, Arnold expos, huge federations including the Physical Culture Association & Strongman Champions League all funded by ourselves.
However, life and people change - the end was coming. Mid 2024 I had to resign from my own company while the staff were then made redundant for reasons outside of my control.
On to the next chapter..........
October 2024
Own Your Story
After some time and real discussion with some of the people closest to us we decided yes, lets go again.
Now thats not an easy decision after building a brand for 8 years and then having to go head to head with established companies but hey.....
Life is about the stories you tell.
Team Industry was born and launched in October 2024 at the PCA British Finals.

January 2025
Team Industry Ireland
One of the biggest issues when scaling a brand is the ability to provde a good service to international customers.
Taxes, high shipping, duty costs etc all mount up and quickly degrade the level of service.
Team Industry Ireland delivers a first class service to not only their Irish customers but being part of the EU can ship wihtout any duty issues around the region.
June 2025
Team Industry Canada
Now we had one franchise setup it felt like something clicked. The process works, the product is good, we have a great team of athletes and ambassadors. So lets aim to provide this to more countries.
We were approached by Emmanuel & Kari from Ontario and a conversation took place.
With shared values of our vision the agreement made sense. Team Industry Canada was born.
2026
Finding Our Feet
2026 has been about finding our feet. Creating a brand from nothing has NOT been an easy thing.
In less than two years we had a UK warehouse, 2 international franchise locations, over 10 professional athletes, 77 ambassadors and are stocked in a number of gyms and supplement stores across the UK.
Its now time to double down on our true identity and solidify our product range in the industry.
