What is Together We Lift?

Together We Lift is a non-profit organisation that uses weightlifting events as a platform to raise awareness about mental health issues. Through their events, they aim to create a supportive community where individuals can come together, share their stories, and find strength in each other. 

Led by its founder Liam Baker, the team have set themselves an impressive calendar this year with 12 events so far nationwide giving individuals around the country the opportunity to get involved and companies like ours to help provide support where we can.
