These charts are a "best fit", as everyone is slightly different there may be a need to change if they are not perfect first time.
Elbow Sleeves
We advise you to measure your elbow in a straight locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm at the centre of your elbow, our chart is in inches.
Select the size that best fits your measurement.
If you are at the top of a size we suggest going up a size. Example: if you measure 14.5" we suggest a 2XL not an XL.

Industry Dual Ply Elbow Sleeves are simply our best selling sleeves to date.
Manufactured from a dual ply material with the main focus on supplying compression and warmth to the joint of the athlete. These sleeves have great elastic properties which allow them to compress to the contours of the body much more than your standard neoprene sleeves.
While they offer slightly less support than our neoprene sleeves, they do provide a huge amount of compression, with just enough support to not take the emphasis away from engaging the muscle during the movement being performed. In turn this makes them perfect for body building where the focus is on the muscle engagement and not simply the "most" weight moved.
Ideal for bodybuilding and general weight training.
Measure the circumference of your elbow in a straight locked position with your muscles relaxed. This is a best fit as everyone is different, if your forearm or lower biceps are significantly larger than your elbow you may need to size up.
If you are at the top of a size we suggest going the next size up. Eg: if you measure 13.3 please choose size XL NOT Large.
