These charts are a "best fit", as everyone is slightly different there may be a need to change if they are not perfect first time.
Elbow Sleeves
We advise you to measure your elbow in a straight locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm at the centre of your elbow, our chart is in inches.
Select the size that best fits your measurement.
If you are at the top of a size we suggest going up a size. Example: if you measure 14.5" we suggest a 2XL not an XL.

Our Industry 5mm. neoprene elbow sleeves are a fantastic addition to training routines that are focussed around pressing. The 5mm thick neoprene offers great compression to the elbow joint while doing a great job to keep the joint warm also, this is something often over looked by lifters.
The 5mm elbow sleeves are 7" long making them great for bodybuilders who often have larger ratio differences between their elbows and biceps where longer sleeves can struggle to fit properly. With the 5mm neoprene not being too still that it takes the "feel" away from the movement.
Great for bodybuilding and weight training where you require support on exercises like bench press, shoulder press and general upper body push focussed sessions.
Measure the circumference of your elbow in a straight locked position with your muscles relaxed. This is a best fit as everyone is different, if your forearm or lower biceps are significantly larger than your elbow you may need to size up.
If you are at the top of a size we suggest going the next size up. Eg: if you measure 13.3 please choose size XL NOT Large.
