When measuring for your new belt, please use a soft tape and measure around the area of your tummy that the weight belt would sit.  Please do NOT use your waist measurement for shorts / jeans etc.  As a rule, your tummy button is a good indication of this point but please see the image below for advice.
Please choose the belt size that you are best in the middle of.  Example: you measure 37", we would suggest you take a an XL as you are very close to the top of a Large.
