SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer various types of shipping for all our UK customers:  

• Standard Tracked (2-5 Business Days Estimate)
• Courier Tracked (1-3 Business Days Estimate)

Our standard tracked service is Evri or Royal Mail, our courier is UPS or DPD.

We offer one type of shipping for international customers:

• UPS International

We offer FREE UK shipping on orders over £120 - Except During Sale Events

All FREE shipping is via a standard tracked service.

International orders may be subject to an import fee payable by the customer on delivery or arrival at the border.  

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email.  You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled by our staff.  

We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours.

During busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas we do expect delays in our service which we can only apologise for.
