Team Industry 9mm Pro Knee Sleeves are our most extreme knee sleeves — built for athletes who demand the absolute maximum in joint compression, warmth, and support. Based on the design of our popular 7mm Pro Sleeve but upgraded to 9mm neoprene, these deliver an unmatched level of stability for the heaviest squats, powerlifting competitions, and strongman events.
Constructed to competition regulation standards at 12" in length with a single seam join for maximum structural strength, and a taper design that creates a precise, snug fit around the knee cap where support is needed most. Available in S through 4XL.
Important: 9mm sleeves fit significantly tighter than 7mm sleeves and will be more difficult to put on and take off. Please size carefully and be aware that they are less practical than 7mm sleeves — this is by design. The compression is the point.

HOW TO SIZE YOUR KNEE SLEEVES
Measure the circumference of the middle of your knee in a straight, locked position with muscles relaxed. 9mm sleeves fit tighter than 7mm — you must size correctly. If you are between sizes or at the top of a size range, size up. Example: if you measure 15.6", choose Large, not Medium.
