HOW TO SIZE YOUR KNEE SLEEVES
Measure the circumference of the middle of your knee in a straight, locked position with muscles relaxed. If you are between sizes or at the top of a size range, we recommend sizing up. Example: if you measure 15.7", choose XL, not L.
