These charts are a "best fit", as everyone is slightly different there may be a need to change if they are not perfect first time.
Elbow Sleeves
We advise you to measure your elbow in a straight locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm at the centre of your elbow, our chart is in inches.
Select the size that best fits your measurement.
If you are at the top of a size we suggest going up a size. Example: if you measure 14.5" we suggest a 2XL not an XL.

Our Team Industry 7mm Weight Lifting Knee Sleeves are our entry level neoprene sleeve that is designed to be as versatile as possible. 7mm thick neoprene with a multi panel construction allowing a slight curve in their shape, allowing them to form perfectly to the knee joint.
Offering a greta amount of support with out the restrictions that sometimes occur with our 7mm Pro Sleeve.
Perfect for squats, lunges, leg press and general all round fitness where the athlete requires a level of joint support with out compromising their movement range.
Measure the circumference of the middle of your knee in a straight locked position with your muscles relaxed. This is a best fit as everyone is different, if your lower quad or calves are significantly larger than your knee you may need to size up.
If you are at the top of a size we suggest going the next size up. Eg: if you measure 15.7 please choose size XL NOT L.
