Choosing the best wrist wraps for your training.

  • 16” Wraps - Our most popular wraps designed for general weight training and suitable for most exercises in the gym that focus on a pressing movement.  Bench press, shoulder press and over head press etc.
  • 24” Wraps - Used more for when a heavier pressing movement is performed or by someone who has a larger physical frame that a 16" wrap may not be suitable.  Heavier bench press, log press and dumb bell press.
  • 30” Wraps - For extreme support and the ability to wrap the wrist joint multiple times.  Used by experienced lifters and mainly on a heavy bench press / log press effort.
  • Stiff Wraps - A much more solid version of our wraps when the lifter desires even more support than a 30" wrap provides.  These lock the wrist in a cast like manner, can be uncomfortable but serve a single purpose - maximum support.

Industry Wrist Wraps have been designed to be as versatile as possible,  offering a great amount of support for weight lifting but not so much your wrist is bound like a cast! 

Used mainly for helping to support your wrist during your pressing movements like bench press, over head press, dumb bell press and log press.  However, they can also assist with bicep and tricep workouts when additional support is required.

CARE INFO

Hand wash with light detergent and let air dry. 

DO NOT machine wash.

Removing any labels or modifying the wrist wraps in any way will void all warranty.
