These charts are a "best fit", as everyone is slightly different there may be a need to change if they are not perfect first time.
Elbow Sleeves
We advise you to measure your elbow in a straight locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm at the centre of your elbow, our chart is in inches.
Select the size that best fits your measurement.
If you are at the top of a size we suggest going up a size. Example: if you measure 14.5" we suggest a 2XL not an XL.

Our Team Industry 7mm Pro Knee Sleeves are the most supportive sleeves we offer! Designed with 7mm neoprene to a regulation max length of 12", these sleeves are suitable for any competition you can throw at them. A single seam join for maximum strength and support, combined with a taper design for a snug fit around the knee cap where the support is required.
The Team Industry 7mm Pro Knee Sleeves are ideal for power lifting, strongman and any form of heavy weight training. Great for exercises like squats, yoke runs and frame carrying.
Measure the circumference of the middle of your knee in a straight locked position with your muscles relaxed. This is a best fit as everyone is different, if your lower quad or calves are significantly larger than your knee you may need to size up.
If you are at the top of a size we suggest going the next size up. Eg: if you measure 15.6 please choose size Large NOT Medium.

As an Oly Lifter knee sleeves are a fundemental piece of my kit bag, however in the past they’ve been a bit too short and don’t quite sit right. My new knee sleeves from Team Industry are a game changer, the slightly longer length helps them sit perfectly and ensure I get the bounce at the bottom of a lift when going heavy!
